Sign up, tell us your destination and arrival window, and let us know how to get into the property. Lockbox code, host meeting us, or "leave it on the porch" — every property is different and we want it right.
Choose Scheduled or Bespoke.
Scheduled service runs weekly: order by Wednesday at 11pm, pickup Thursday morning, delivered Thursday afternoon. Bespoke service is custom: tell us when you need provisions on site, and we'll work backward from there.
Shop where you love.
Whole Foods, Alfalfa's, Cured, Hazel's, the Boulder Farmers Market — the stores you'd choose if you weren't an hour away. Pay the stores directly. Keep your receipts.
Upload your receipts.
Take a photo of each receipt and upload it through your account. We use the receipts to confirm pickup and verify what we're transporting. Notes per store welcome — fragile items, frozen items, anything we should know.
Arrive to a stocked kitchen.
We pick up from each store on schedule, drive it up the mountain in cold-chain transport, and deliver to the property. We send a photo and note when delivery is complete. The vacation begins the moment the door opens.
