A small, careful service. Built for the way mountain trips actually begin.
Tell us where you're headed.
Your destination, your arrival window, and how to get into the property. We confirm what we can deliver and the cutoff for your order.
Shop the stores you love.
Whole Foods. Cured. Hazel's. The farmers market. Wherever you'd shop if you weren't an hour away. Pay the stores directly — the way you always have.
Stocked before you arrive.
We pick up from each store on schedule, drive it up the mountain in cold-chain transport, and deliver to the property. Photos at handoff. A note on the counter.
Scheduled for the planners. Bespoke when the timing has to be exactly right.
From $69
One delivery window per week, every week. The most efficient way we operate, and the price reflects that.
From $119
You tell us when you need provisions on site, and we work backward from there. Same care, same cold-chain, more flexibility.
What we don't do is what makes us work.
We don't sell groceries. You buy from the stores you already trust — exactly the brands you want, no marketplace markup, no auto-substitutions. We just move what you bought.
We don't operate twenty-four seven. We work on schedules, which is why we can do this carefully. A planned Thursday-afternoon delivery is a different operation than panicked one-hour gig work. It costs less. It breaks less. It feels different.
We don't deliver everywhere. We serve a small list of mountain towns and remote properties, and we expand one valley at a time. Honest service area is the most useful thing we can offer the right customer — and the kindest thing we can say to the wrong one.
We don't pretend to know your kitchen. We don't put away groceries unless you ask. We don't make judgement calls on your behalf. We do exactly what we said we'd do, photograph the handoff, and step back.
We handle the last fifty miles for people who shop at the best stores in Boulder and stay at the quiet places in the mountains.
Quiet places, mostly.
If your destination isn't listed yet, leave us a note. We expand carefully — one valley at a time.
See all towns →I started Stocked Provisions after the third time I watched friends arrive at a rental cabin exhausted, hungry, and an hour from the nearest grocery store. The mountain west has a logistics gap. We're closing it, one valley at a time.
